OptimiDoc Cloud apps are installed on a device by HP Command Center.


Two applications for OptimiDoc Cloud are released:


OptimiDoc Cloud Authentication

OptimiDoc Cloud Print&Scan


  • Authentication to device by Card or PIN or User list
  • Access rights on device
  • Pull print with OCN local spooler


  • Authentication to application by PIN/User list/Single Sign-On
  • Scanning to cloud storages including folder browsing, metadata entering 
  • Printing from Cloud storages
  • Virtual Spooler (starting size 100 MB)
  • Access rights for Print/Scan destinations
  • Cloud storages Single Sign-On

IMPORTANT

You need to have an access to HP Command Center otherwise you are not able to install it. Follow the instruction of HP Command Center to install our applications.


Some HP devices require 4GB RAM in total, meaning you have to buy additional kit on top of the default 2GB RAM in device. Devices are listed here: https://developers.hp.com/workpath/compatible-devices


HP devices also don't allow access to HP Command Centre if you don't use original toners.
