OCN proxy printer - virtual desktop environment
Since the version 25.07, OCN allows you to print in virtual desktop environments via so-called proxy/gateway printing. OCN is installed in the customer's environment and collects jobs from profiles/user accounts and then store jobs into the user-specific Virtual Spooler.
Once you have OCN installed you have to enable gateway in its settings on Cloud.
You must also ensure that user's SSO on Cloud side matches the workstation login, eg. the user login that is used.
Then, there must be just one User-specific print connector in the company configured, this is the storage that will be used for job spooling.
Finally, configure the printer per user profile or you can create a shared printer; or this can be a distributed printer, for example via GPO, or InTune. This printer will point to the OCN's IP address.
See the subsection on how to configure such printer.
