This is example of printing from Word to Virtual spooler with Google Drive as spooler storage. Installed printer from above section is used.



OptimiDoc Cloud Client then shows status message.



When users attempt to print to an unavailable printer or cloud spooler, the OptimiDoc Client now notifies them promptly. It also presents a list of available printers or spoolers, providing users with the option to choose an alternative destination. Users can either proceed with the original destination, select another available option, or cancel the print job.



When you select to print when the printer is ready, you can see the jobs waiting in the print queue. There you can click on the Retry button, or remove jobs from the queue.
