On the Users tab, you can access the following information and functions.


  • User list - manage users in the OptimiDoc Cloud
  • Departments - manage departments
  • Import CSV - import users and departments from the CSV file
  • Import sources
    • Import Microsoft Entra ID - import users and departments from Microsoft Entra ID
    • Import Google Workspace - import users from Google Workspace

Local AD import is managed through the OptimiDoc Cloud  Active Directory Sync Tool.
