This section allows you to see and manage all your printer drivers, Windows drivers via Printer Migration Tool and for MacOS manually uploaded.



Name - driver name, you will see this when selecting driver in printer configuration or Virstual Spooler settings

Version - driver version

Operating system - system on which you can use the driver

Owner - company that owns the driver, you as a partner can own the driver and then use it for your customers, this can be also restricted using Private settings; or the driver owner can be the customer company thus only that particular company will be able to use the driver

Used - this number tells you how many times you have used this driver

Private - if yes, then driver can be used only within the owner's company, if no, the driver can be used also in customer/partner company

Enabled - this option allows you to disable or enable the general usage of the particular driver

Actions - Edit or Delete, you cannot delete the driver that is being used in printer or Virtual Spooler settings


Editing the driver


Name - driver name, you will see this when selecting driver in printer configuration or Virstual Spooler settings

Version - driver version

INF file - name of the driver configuration that has been uploaded

Enabled - this option allows you to disable or enable the general usage of the particular driver

Private - if yes, then driver can be used only within the owner's company, if no, the driver can be used also in any other customer company

Download driver package - this will allow you to download the whole driver package for later use


Driver settings - name of the driver settings that you uploaded via Printer Migration Tool, there can be default settings file and other settings that allow users to use specific driver configuration, such as duplex, colour or stapling

MacOS doesn't use central driver management and upload as in case of Windows and Printer Migration Tool, therefore driver settings have to be uploaded manually.
