Settings
In this section, you can see and change/update your company settings.
General settings
Name - partner/customer company name
Contact email - partner/customer administrator email
Support partners - partner/customer support company which will have rights to configure company settings
Country - partner/customer country
Address - partner/customer address
Web page - partner/customer web page URL
Contact phone - partner/customer administrator phone
Central update management - Yes/No, this will allow you to manage updates of OptimiDoc Cloud Client from Cloud portal, instead of performing changes manually on each workstation. You will see the change in Authorized apps section on the portal.
Identification code - your company identification code; you can generate a new one when you save the settings
Licence key - partner/customer licence key provided by OptimiDoc
Scan settings
Default paper size - A4 or Letter; the location might be misleading; however, this is used for printing when we convert .xls, .ppt, and image files to PDF. There were problems with resources on some devices; thus, we chose the default paper size of the converted PDF.
Default OptimiDoc OCR language - selection of default language to be used during the OCR process in OptimiDoc OCR
Default ABBYY OCR language - selection of default language to be used during the OCR process in ABBYY OCR
Default BCR language - selection of default business card language (ABBYY OCR required)
Advanced settings
Use internal application for Google integration - if you choose this option, the company's internal app will be used instead of the default OptimiDoc application, for more information please see the scan destination or print connector settings
- Google app client ID - client ID obtained from Google
- Google app client secret - client secret obtained from Google
MFP Terminal Logo - custom logo that will be shown on the panel/login screen of MFP
MFP Terminal background - custom background that will be shown on the panel/login screen of MFP, there is a limit of 3 MB for the image size, and the standard 800x600 dpi size should work fine and smooth enough on all devices. However if you find the response and loading to be slow, use the smaller size and resolution.
