A custom SMTP server can be configured directly in admin console so that all outgoing communication - such as scans, notifications, and custom emails goes through your organization’s own trusted mail infrastructure.

Three authentication types are available:


  • Login & Password
  • Microsoft 365 OAuth2
  • Google Workspace OAuth2
