Import options and configuration
- Display name - the Display name changes name of source in Import sources list
- Monitor changes - when checked, OptimiCapture will use web hooks to monitor changes to user accounts
- Card number import settings - select the option for card number import
- Don't modify card numbers - this option won't import therefore modify card numbers of users in the system
- Import cards from standard attributes - use standard Google Workspace attribute names for card number import
- Import cards from custom attributes - use custom Google Workspace attribute names for card number import, how to create attributes is described for example here https://support.google.com/a/answer/6208725?hl=en#zippy=%2Cadd-a-new-custom-attribute
- Allow card number deletion - if this options is disabled, only new cards will be added, when enabled the cards will be removed and only the cards from import source will be added
- Card attribute category - use custom Google Workspace attribute category name for card number import
- Card attribute name - use custom/standard Google Workspace attribute name for card number import
- PIN import settings -
- Don't modify PIN - this option won't change any PINs in the system
- Generate PIN when empty - when ticked, OptimiDoc Cloud will generate PIN for users without PIN
- PIN length - number of digits in the PIN
- Generate PIN for new users - when ticked, OptimiDoc Cloud will generate PIN for new users
- PIN length - number of digits in the PIN

- Update SSO username - this will update the users' Single Sign-On name
- SSO username format - the default setting is empty, and given name + surname is used in that case.

- Update departments - when the option is checked, the user’s department is updated during every import
- Update admin status - Google returns IsAdmin field/property, so, if user has this in the profile OptimiDoc Cloud will assign to this user admin role automatically, for example CustomerAdmin role

- Import archived users - when the option is checked, archived users will be synchronized as well
- Import suspended users - when the option is checked, suspended users will be synchronized as well
- Departments - if you will define departments only users from those departments will be synchronized
- Groups - if you will define groups only users from those groups will be synchronized
- Require group and department match - it switches between the OR and AND operation for the Departments and Groups fields, if enabled, user must be in both, department and group specified
