Kyocera - Incorrect login user name or password error

Symptom:

Job has successfully arrived into OptimiDoc, you see it on the MFP's panel but you get the error while trying to print it. The error saying "Username unknown or password is wrong."

Solution:

  1. Open the device web interface.

  2. Log in to the device as an administrator.

  3. Navigate to Management Settings > Authentication > Settings.

  4. Permit Unknown ID Job.

  5. Click Submit.
