Email to Print provides a simple, driverless way to send documents directly to your virtual spooler. Rather than installing local print drivers or software, users can securely queue their print jobs by simply sending an email. Once received, the job is stored within your OptimiDoc print queue.
Pre-Requisites
Before users can successfully utilize Email to Print, the following requirements must be met

Registered User - The email address you use to send the document must be attached to a user registered within your OptimiDoc tenant.

Virtual Spooler - In order to receive and process the job, OptimiDoc Cloud requires a User-Specific Virtual Spooling print connector to be setup.
Note: If you have more than one print connector with the same configuration, the job will appear in the print queue that was created first.
Sending a Job
To Print using OptimiDoc Cloud’s Email to Print, simply attach the document you wish to print to your email and send it to the email address associated with your datacenter. OptimiDoc Cloud does support submitting multiple documents at once. Simply attach all your documents to your email and OptimiDoc will parse the documents and split them into their own jobs accordingly.
Note: It may take a few moments for your document to appear in your print queue after you have emailed the job.
