Installation Overview

Installation via Canon Content Delivery System (CDS) using the device Remote User Interface (RUI) is performed on a per-device basis and cannot be executed in bulk. This installation method is therefore suitable primarily for environments with a limited number of devices. If the Web Access Software option is not available in the device configuration, contact your local Canon representative to enable the Web Access Kit on the device.

The installation process consists of deploying two main components: the OptimiDoc Cloud application (print & scan functionality) and the Authentication application.

It is important to install and configure these components in the correct order to ensure proper functionality.

  1. First, install and configure the OptimiDoc Cloud application:

  2. Then, install and configure the Authentication application:

Following this sequence is required, as the Authentication application depends on a properly configured OptimiDoc Cloud environment.
